Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to feel completely aligned with every purchase you make in our shop. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—because your satisfaction and peace of mind matter.
Returns
We accept returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Please contact us at [your email address] before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
Non-returnable items
Because of the nature of some items, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital products/downloads
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
(If you have any questions about what’s returnable and what isn’t, just ask—we’re happy to clarify.)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations (e.g., items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error).
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or variant? We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible physical products—just get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 5 days of delivery at deborah@dr-deborah-forrest.com with photos and a description. We’ll make it right.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless the item has already been shipped or the work has begun (for custom pieces or services).
If you’ve got questions, concerns, or just need to chat about your order, reach out to us at deborah@dr-deborah-forrest.com. We’re a small business, and we care deeply about every soul we serve.
